Terms & Conditions
The turn around time on your order with C&A Sportswear begins when we have all information required to complete your order and your proof has been approved. Average turnaround time is 7-10 Business Days + Shipping.
If your order has a specific deadline or event date, please make us aware of this date when placing your order. In some cases a rush fee may apply.
C&A Sportswear operates with no minimums. We will find the best, most economical way to complete projects of any size.
Artwork should be created at the size it will be printed and at 300DPI or in vector format. Text/fonts should be converted to outlines. C&A Sportswear cannot be held responsible for poor quality, misspelling, errors, or other problems with supplied artwork. Though we do attempt to screen for issues and help you achieve the best prints possible, we cannot guarantee we will catch everything.
All artwork will be approved via a digital proof. The customer must confirm spelling, color, sizes of garments, placement of artwork, and all other accuracy. Please carefully look over a proof before approving, paying extra attention to details such as spelling of names. C&A Sportswear will not be held liable for errors after artwork has been approved by the customer. Any corrections or modifications requested after approval will result in a production delay and may require addition fees.
Cancellations & Restocking Fees
Cancellations made after order has been placed may be subject to a 25% restocking fee on certain specialty plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production has begun on the order.
Drop Dead Dates
C&A Sportswear will attempt to meet any drop-dead date. Rush fees and expedited shipping rates may apply.
C&A Sportswear cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping company.
